MAINTENANCE, CONTACT CENTRE AND MONITORING SYSTEMS

In addition to the design, development and implementation of technical systems, Autostrade Tech provides complete, continuous customer support by offering ongoing system monitoring and maintenance.

Through a dedicated LAN to LAN link with installation sites and various control centres located throughout the country, today Autostrade Tech monitors a wide variety of systems, such as:  

  • ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) systems
  • Tutor®
  • Parking lots with Telepass®
  • Traffic information systems (variable message signs, weather stations, video surveillance systems, etc.)
  • Systems for calculating travel times
  • Etc..
 
 
 

 

We offer continuous monitoring and a Contact Centre that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as follows:

  • with an operator response, weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00
  • from 18:00 to 8:00 with IVR and immediate opening of a ticket

 

All maintenance can be performed remotely or on-site after diagnosing the extent of the breakdown. Teams of specialists organise the interventions in compliance with current standards, especially with regards to safety, providing ongoing customer support and becoming a contact point in case of breakdowns, failures and critical issues.

 

Autostrade Tech provides two types of maintenance service:

  • preventive maintenance, with on-site service calls. This service checks the condition of all peripheral equipment, calibrates it by testing the correct functioning of the systems, replaces any faulty components, etc.;
  • corrective maintenance, carried out remotely or on-site, depending on the type of failure. This type of service uses Teleservice and Telediagnosis to solve problems, typically involving software, through remote technical interventions over a data connection. For on-site service, Autostrade Tech provides a team of specialists to fix the problem.
